Hot fire! Curious if you've ever read any of the Repairman Jack novels by F Paul Wilson? I have only read a couple of his books, but the hardboiled mixed with supernatural reminded me of your books Skorpio and Helmet Head.
I have been a huge John D. fan for many years now. The prolific Stuart Woods is my new, best author to enjoy. I love his Stone Barrington character and all the spin off characters who have their own stories.
